Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.
Shifts Available:
72 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule
72 hours per pay period/Night Shift/12-hour work schedule
48 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule
This position is open to all levels of RN, including Residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
Experience Required for a Nursing Resident:
Less than 1-year experience
Experience Required for a Staff RN:
1-year experience in nursing specialty posted
Preferred qualifications:
National Certification in area of specialty.
